At Jones Golf Bags, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your golf gear.

  Drop Off Package

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; ensure the original tags are attached and the bag is in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
